Kusum Singh\nRespondent :- Union Of India &amp; Others\nPetitioner Counsel :- Rahul Sahai\nRespondent Counsel :- A.S.G.I.,Vikas Budhwar\n\nHon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the<br \/>\nselect list dated 18-11-2009 prepared by the Members Selection Committee,<br \/>\ndealer Selection Office, Hidnustan Petroleum Office, Mahtura.\n<\/p>\n<p>It appears that applications for appointment of retail outlet dealership was<br \/>\ninvited by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd and the petitioner was one of<br \/>\nthe applicants therein. Ultimately the petitioner&#8217;s name finds place at Sl. No.2.<br \/>\nThe grievance of the petitioner is that her name should have found place in<br \/>\nthe select list at Sl. No. 1 instead of Sl. No.2. In this regard the petitioner has<br \/>\nfiled a representation\/objection on 9-12-2009 addressed to the General<br \/>\nManager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a copy whereof has been<br \/>\nfiled as Annexure-5 to the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2<br \/>\nto 4, on the other hand, submits that in view of clause 19 of Information<br \/>\nBrochure, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted to examine<br \/>\nsuch matters and the matter is engaging attention of the said Committee. He<br \/>\nfurther submits that the respondent no. 3 has not been properly described in<br \/>\nthe array of the parties. It should be as Chief Regional Manager.\n<\/p>\n<p>After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed<br \/>\nof with direction to the petitioner to file the representation afresh addressed to<br \/>\nthe Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. within a<br \/>\nperiod of 15 days. If such a representation is filed within stipulated period, as<br \/>\nindicated above, the Grievance Redressal Committee shall decide the matter<br \/>\nin accordance with law within a period of three months.
