Taimni, Member  <\/p>\n<p> 1.  It is the complainant who is petitioner before us. His claim with the respondent Insurance Company for theft of his motor-cycle was allowed by the District Forum, though on appeal before the State Commission by the Insurance Company the complaint was dismissed. It was found that the theft of the vehicle took place on the same night on which the insurance was taken and the information of this theft was made with the Insurance Company after five months. In that view of the matter, the State Commission held against the petitioner. We do not find it a fit case to interfere with the impugned order under Section 21(b) of the Act.
