SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.18235 OF 2008\n             ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 18th day of June, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is a M.Sc Bio-technology student. He wrote<\/p>\n<p>the IInd Semester Examination in July 2007, the result of which<\/p>\n<p>was published in the last of week of May 2008. He failed in two<\/p>\n<p>subjects and applied for revaluation of answer papers for those<\/p>\n<p>two subjects. The petitioner seeks expeditious revaluation of the<\/p>\n<p>same.    He would want the respondents to complete the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation  process before 2.7.2008          on   which date the<\/p>\n<p>supplementary examination for the IInd Semester starts.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The learned Standing Counsel would submit that it is<\/p>\n<p>impossible for the University to complete the revaluation process<\/p>\n<p>before 2.7.2008.    According to him, the University would not<\/p>\n<p>even be able to get back the answer paper from the examiner by<\/p>\n<p>that time. He would further submit that the University would<\/p>\n<p>require at least two more months&#8217; time to complete the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation process.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.18235\/08              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      After hearing both sides, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation<\/p>\n<p>process as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, provided the application filed by the petitioner is in<\/p>\n<p>order in all respects.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      S.
