Thereafter, the\nV  tietitioner did not led any evidence to prove her case. The Labour\n  found that, when the petitioner  not proved her case.\n\n the question of passing any award does not  In View of the\n\n     it \n\nrag -&#039;.4&#039;\n\n\n\nfailure of the petitioner to adduce evidence, the Labour, \n\ndismissed the dispute.\n\n3. Leaxne\ufb02\ufb02   the respondents<\/pre>\n<p>submitted   &#8216;lnoti\ufb01worked for 240 days<br \/>\ncontzinuousliinp he  that, according to the<br \/>\npetitioner. she  1.1.1987 and the reference<br \/>\nwasp&#8217;    years of the dismissal. He also<\/p>\n<p>   is passed on 283.2001 and the Writ<\/p>\n<p>  i.e. nearly a\ufb01er \ufb01ve years. He<br \/>\n  dispute itself was stale and dead. On the<\/p>\n<p>  p    orpletoroee, the Writ Petition is zequimd to be dismissed.<br \/>\n  that, the dispute is not maintainable after lapse of<\/p>\n<p>5. It is not in dispute that, the reference is sought after 13<br \/>\nyears. It is also not in dispute that. no evidence is led before the<\/p>\n<p>\u00e9aeli<br \/>\n( .,,-(<\/p>\n<p>Labour Court. Further, after the award, there is delay <\/p>\n<p>&#8216;than five years in \ufb01ling the Writ Petition.
