Kodekar, learned APP<br \/>\nfor the applicant &#8211; State of Gujarat and on perusal of the<br \/>\nimpugned judgment and order dated 29.07.2010 rendered in Sessions<br \/>\nCase No.82 of 2009 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and<br \/>\nPresiding Officer, 3rd Fast Track Court, Mehsana, Camp at<br \/>\nVisnagar, acquitting the respondent(s) &#8211; accused of the<br \/>\noffences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and<br \/>\nSection 135 of the Bombay Police Act, according to us, this is a fit<br \/>\ncase to grant leave to file appeal.
