respondent approached  'iCour.t  filing
\nWP.No.5982\/2007 for    The said writ
\npetition was disposed of' setting aside
\nthe order   as well
\nas the e:,siptDte:siajte   was remitted to the
\nDeputy disposal in accordance<\/p>\n

 i…'Commissio'n'er\\ passed the order granting<\/p>\n

  _orde'rv_at isiinaxaee, dated 15.12.2009. The order of<\/p>\n
 ,Deputy Commissioner was questioned by the 4"'<\/p>\n

said appeal was allowed on 23.10.2010 at Annexure~H<\/p>\n
and the order of the Deputy Commissioner <\/p>\n
aside. The 15′ respondent–Commissioner  <\/p>\n

3. As could be seen’V\u00ab._l”r.om the’ order at<\/p>\n
Annexure-B, by which?”   was granted
\nauthorisation on  Vit.._’is_\u00a3<:lear that he
\nwas gra'n'ted:autht:-r'isatio-n  the ground that he
\nis unenn'ploye'd,. up to PUC. It is also<\/p>\n
mentrioned\u00e9lin _thet'.vei*yV'o'rder that the 4th respondent's<\/p>\n
'JV'"'appl–icati'on'" is rejected on the ground that she has<\/p>\n
  Standard. Thus, it is clear that only<\/p>\n
which the petitioner was granted<\/p>\n
]auth_oris~a.tion was that he was unemployed educated<\/p>\n
 The same was found to be wrong by this<\/p>\n

ignoring the observations made by this <\/p>\n

\npassed the order in 'a'ccordavfi.civei\u00e9iwiiih;law: after taking
\ninto accounttvailthe c\u00a7'b'se'r'viat:i:o\u00abn's,__ni'ad\u00abe""by this Court in<\/p>\n
