She was required to be admitted in Civil<br \/>\nHospital and taking that into consideration this Court by order dated<br \/>\n10th June 2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.7890 of<br \/>\n2011 had extended temporary bail by two weeks beyond the period of<br \/>\ntemporary bail of 30 days granted vide initial order dated 6th<br \/>\nMay 2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6457 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nAPP has invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks.<br \/>\nBesides that the learned APP also made available for perusal earlier<br \/>\na copy of order dated 6th May 2011.  The applicant &#8211;<br \/>\nconvict has undergone 7 years and 3 days in Jail as on 23.06.2011.<br \/>\nIt was only in the year 2011 that the convict had enjoyed temporary<br \/>\nbail during May-June 2011, two furloughs during January-February 2011<br \/>\nand April-May 2011.  In support of the contention that his wife is<br \/>\nnot keeping good health, the convict has produced medical papers<br \/>\nalong with earlier application, viz. Criminal Misc. Application<br \/>\nNo.7890 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the contents of the application the same is allowed.<br \/>\nTemporary bail extended earlier vide order dated 10th June<br \/>\n2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.7890 of 2011 is  further<br \/>\nextended for a period of 30 (thirty) days commencing from the<br \/>\ndate of expiry of the  temporary bail period granted vide above order<br \/>\ndated 10th June 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nextended period of temporary bail period.\t The  application is<br \/>\nallowed.
