This question has been examined by this Court in detail<br \/>\nand number of petitions have been dismissed by this Court adopting<br \/>\nthe reasoning given by main petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThis<br \/>\nCourt has decided the identical question in group matters in case of<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Applications No.8148 of 2007 and others dated 26th<br \/>\nMarch 2007, Special Civil Application No.8176 of 2007 dated 28th<br \/>\nMarch 2007, Special Civil Application No.10481 of 2007 and other<br \/>\ndated 1st May 2007 and Special Civil Application No.12126<br \/>\nof 2007 dated 4th May 2007. Therefore, this Court is not<br \/>\nagain examining the same issue by giving separate reason. Therefore,<br \/>\nthe reason given by this Court in aforesaid matters, where, identical<br \/>\nquestion has been decided by this Court. Some reasonings are applied<br \/>\nto this case also.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nTribunal has not committed any error while allowing the application<br \/>\nfiled by the respondents. The Tribunal has not committed any error<br \/>\nwhich requires interference by this Court under Article 227 of the<br \/>\nConstitution of India.
