Shelat, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has tendered<br \/>\n\tunconditional apology for inaccurate list of events, which is<br \/>\n\taccepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>By way of this petition under<br \/>\n\tSection 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, petitioners have<br \/>\n\tprayed for the following main relief in para 13[A] :-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;13[A].\tThe<br \/>\nHonourable Court be pleased to admit and allow the present<br \/>\napplication by quashing and setting aside the complaint registered<br \/>\nwith Dahod  (Rural) Police Station being I-CR No.121 of 2006 and<br \/>\nfurther by quashing of prosecution bearing Cr.Case No.1857 of 2007<br \/>\npending before 2nd Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dahod<br \/>\nin the interest of justice.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering the fact that after<br \/>\n\tthe petitioners were chargesheeted, the petitioners   submitted<br \/>\n\tapplication for discharge before the learned Magistrate, which has<br \/>\n\tbeen rejected on merits and the said order is not under challenge<br \/>\n\tbefore this Court, Mr.K.V.Shelat, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to<br \/>\n\twithdraw the present petition, as the petitioners   propose to file<br \/>\n\tCriminal Revision Application challenging the order passed by the<br \/>\n\tlearned trial court rejecting their application for discharge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPermission<br \/>\n\tas prayed for is granted. Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn<br \/>\n\twith above liberty.
