NAWA NAGAR\n                 DISTRICT BUXAR.\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                             ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14\/09\/2011            Petitioner was granted bail earlier by virtue of<\/p>\n<p>                  order dated 21.05.2009 as contained in annexure-1. He<\/p>\n<p>                  is back again to the Court in the background that despite<\/p>\n<p>                  there being representation on his part on the date fixed by<\/p>\n<p>                  way of a petition filed under section 317 Cr. P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>                  trial court rejected the same and cancelled his bail bond.<\/p>\n<p>                  He was ordered to be taken into custody on 29.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                          Submission of the learned Senior Counsel is that<\/p>\n<p>                  there was no deliberate effort made on his part to come in<\/p>\n<p>                  the way of smooth proceeding by the trial court and there<\/p>\n<p>                  was a bona fide application filed in this regard which he<\/p>\n<p>                  was made to believe would have been accepted by the<\/p>\n<p>                  court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Giving the benefit of doubt, let petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  Satendra Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bond of Rs.20,000\/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                  of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Additional Sessions Judge Fast Track Court No. V,<\/p>\n<p>        Buxar in Sessions Trial No. 183-A of 2009 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>        Nawa Nagar P.S. Case No. 2\/2009.
