NO.1695 OF 2008\n            ======================================\n                  Dated this the 29th day of May 2008\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a stay of the trial of S.T.650\/2006 on the file of<\/p>\n<p>JFCM II, Idukki on the ground that the fate of this case will<\/p>\n<p>depend upon the fate of the petitions filed by the petitioner in the<\/p>\n<p>connected cases.     In S.T.649\/2006         she had prayed for the<\/p>\n<p>forwarding of Ext.P11 agreement for expert opinion on the<\/p>\n<p>ground that the same is a fabricated document. The application<\/p>\n<p>filed by her under Section 45 of the Evidence Act in S.T.649\/2006<\/p>\n<p>was dismissed by the Magistrate on 26.6.2007. That order has<\/p>\n<p>become final since the only remedy which she sought for against<\/p>\n<p>that order was an application         filed as Crl.M.P.153\/2007 for<\/p>\n<p>reviewing the said order. That petition was rightly dismissed by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate and the Crl.Revision Petition filed therefrom as<\/p>\n<p>Crl.R.P.3810\/2007 has been dismissed by this court as per a<\/p>\n<p>separate order passed today. Hence there is no justification for<\/p>\n<p>staying the trial in S.T.650\/2006 or any of the other connected<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">CRL.M.C.1695\/2008          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>cases on the file of the JFCM II, Idukki.
