CHANDAUTI, DISTT.- GAYA.\n                            ..DEFENDANTS\/RESPONDENTS\/RESPONDENTS\/OPPO\n                       -SITE PARTIES\/OPPOSITE PARTIES.\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/   29.09.2010              This petition has been filed for restoration of Civil<\/p>\n<p>                   Review No.20 of 2009 which was dismissed for default due to<\/p>\n<p>                   non-compliance of peremptory order of this court dated<\/p>\n<p>                   18.12.2009 by which time till 24.12.2009 was allowed to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners to file limitation petition and to remove defect nos. 1 to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                   4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the averments made by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioners and the statements made in this petition, it appears<\/p>\n<p>                   that genuine reasons have been shown which prevented the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners from complying the said order within the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   time. However, I.A.No.15 of 2010 was filed on 04.01.2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                   condoning the delay in the filing of the review petition.<\/p>\n<p>                              Accordingly, this petition is allowed and Civil Review<\/p>\n<p>                   No.20 of 2009 is restored to its original file and number. However,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        this order will be subject to removal of defect nos. 1 to 4 in the<\/p>\n<p>        civil review petition within one week from today.<\/p>\n<p>                                                 (S.
