Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer:\tThis writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring as unconstitutional, void and invalid, Section 113A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 inserted by Tamil Nadu Act 58 of 1998, in so far as the fixation of the maximum rate of regularisation fee is concerned and also the tables I to IV of the application, assessment and collection of regularisation fee (Chennai Metropolitan Area) Rules 1999 in so far as the petitioner herein concerned. \n\n\n\t For Petitioner  \t\t:  Mr.K.A.Ravindran\n\n\t For Respondents \t:  Mr.V.Manoharan (R1)\n\t\t\t\t\t    Government Advocate\n\t\n\t\t\t\t\t   Mr.M.S.Govindarajan (R2)\n\nM.JAICHANDREN,J.\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tToday, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed.
