\nRs.\u00a3-5.060\/– 13.21. to the 4″‘ .is–VV:eVrroVheous:
\nthat there was no partitioh eetwee\ufb01 the eetendant
\nand his brothers as Jnehtie\ufb01s\ufb01 ‘i\ufb01h52;}p13 relied
\nupon by the pi\u00e9ihtifts 535 e\ufb01heid by the court
\nbelow is i\u00e9correcti that there was no partition
\nas such” beteeehaithehidefenea\ufb01ti and his brothers

\nlooking into the Judgment and decree passed in

nothing prevented the defendant to state the said<\/p>\n
