Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :27\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                   J.B.KOSHY, Ag.C.J. &amp; V.GIRI, J.\n                       --------------------------------------\n                          W.A.No.375 of 2008\n                       -------------------------------------\n                       Dated 27th January, 2009\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Koshy, Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 The writ petitioner was originally denied hall ticket<\/p>\n<p>on the ground that she has not attended required number of days for<\/p>\n<p>writing examination. By interim order of this court petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>permitted to write the examination. Later, in the judgment dated<\/p>\n<p>4.4.2007, statement of the counsel for the University that results can<\/p>\n<p>be published on the production of the Course Completion Certificate<\/p>\n<p>as per Clause 6(b) of the &#8220;Duration of Course and Attendance<\/p>\n<p>Requirement for PG Course in the Faculty of Medicine&#8221;               was<\/p>\n<p>recorded.   Thereafter, Course Completion Certificate was produced.<\/p>\n<p>The University did not have any objection against that judgment. The<\/p>\n<p>Course Completion Certificate reads as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  &#8220;This is to certify that Dr.PREMA.B,<br \/>\n            was a student of M.S.General Surgery Course<br \/>\n            from 22.3.2004. Her course was completed<br \/>\n            on 21.3.2007 with the following percentage<br \/>\n            of attendance in each year.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>                  I year                  -                 99%\n                  II year                 -                100%\n                  III year                -                  99%\n\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">W.A.375\/2008                       2<\/span>\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>                  This certificate is issued on request to<br \/>\n             produce    before     the     Controller   of<br \/>\n             Examinations,     University    of    Kerala,<br \/>\n             Thiruvananthapuram.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In spite of the same, the University has not published results of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.  From the judgment, review petition was filed only by the<\/p>\n<p>student and not by the University. Therefore, University cannot file<\/p>\n<p>appeal against the order in the review petition.      Learned Judge<\/p>\n<p>refused to review the judgment.
