The  jail report shows that he was released<br \/>\nearlier on temporary bail as well as on furlough and he has<br \/>\nsurrendered in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nHence, considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant-convict<br \/>\nbe released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days on his<br \/>\nfurnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000\/-  with further<br \/>\ndirection that he shall surrender to jail authority immediately upon<br \/>\nexpiry of the bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.  Rule is made<br \/>\nabsolute.
