No.15784 of 2002\n                 ....................................................................\n                 Dated this the 4th day of February, 2008.\n\n                                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>C.N.Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The O.P. was filed for direction to the Government to grant sanction<\/p>\n<p>for the Plus Two course in the aided sector. The application originally filed<\/p>\n<p>in 1998 and rejected was directed to be reconsidered by this court.                      In any<\/p>\n<p>case an application for sanction for the Higher Secondary course has to be<\/p>\n<p>approved with reference to the current norms and policy of the Government.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, subsequent changes such as availability of students and other<\/p>\n<p>educational institutions in the area, also may be relevant.                              In the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, we close this O.P. leaving freedom to the petitioner to make<\/p>\n<p>an application for sanction for the next year.
