                            Judgment<\/p>\n
Koshy,J.\n<\/p>\n
            Son of the first appellant died in a railway accident.\n<\/p>\n
Tribunal awarded Rs.Four lakhs as provided under the Railway<\/p>\n
Accidents and Untoward Incidents Compensation (Amendment)<\/p>\n
Rules,   1997, but,   interest was awarded only from the date of<\/p>\n
award. Granting of interest is a discretion of the tribunal and the<\/p>\n
deceased was an unmarried person. Only for interest portion, we<\/p>\n
are not inclined to admit the appeal. The appeal is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
