No. 66 of 2010\n        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   Dated this the 5th day of October, 2010.\n\n                                            ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J,<\/p>\n<p>           Following a complaint of the Temple Advisory<\/p>\n<p>Committee of Thaliyil Sree Mahadeva Temple, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman has filed a report. The specific complaint was<\/p>\n<p>regarding the lack of repairs to the roofing and other<\/p>\n<p>portions of the temple and also that a portion of the copper<\/p>\n<p>roof of the Sreekovil had fallen down and rain water leaks<\/p>\n<p>into the sanctum sanctorum, even making it difficult for the<\/p>\n<p>Melsanthi to do the poojas.                              The complaint was filed<\/p>\n<p>because no action followed inspite of the fact that the<\/p>\n<p>Temple Advisory Committee had made a complaint to the<\/p>\n<p>competent authorities to do the needful.                                                It is still<\/p>\n<p>unfortunate that the Devaswom Commissioner and the Chief<\/p>\n<p>Engineer did not respond to the needs of the temple in<\/p>\n<p>question.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">DBP. 66\/2010.                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            In this view of the matter, we direct the TDB, the<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom Commissioner, the Chief Engineer and the<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Engineer, Kottayam to ensure that all repair works<\/p>\n<p>of Thaliyil Sree Mahadeva Temple as required shall be<\/p>\n<p>completed within a period of six months without fail and a<\/p>\n<p>report shall be filed before the learned Ombudsman<\/p>\n<p>regarding the completion of that work.<\/p>\n<p>            DBP is ordered accordingly. Communicate a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this    order to the learned Ombudsman. Issue copy to<\/p>\n<p>counsel for all parties.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Thottathil B.
