No. 142 of 2007 in\n\n                   W.P.(C) No. 17630 OF 2006 W\n\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n                 Dated this the 12th March, 2007\n\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The   fact   that   the   Central   Bureau   of   Investigation<\/p>\n<p>has taken into custody documents from the possession of<\/p>\n<p>the   review   petitioner   is   no   ground   for   reviewing   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment   passed   on   7-11-2006.     I   am   definitely   of   the<\/p>\n<p>view that the reason stated in the review petition will<\/p>\n<p>not make out a case as canvassed for by the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>herein   that   there   is   an   error   apparent   on   the   face   of<\/p>\n<p>the judgment.  No grounds for review.  Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.K.
