No.23248 of 2010 (E)\n             ---------------------------------\n               Dated, this the 26th day of July, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners submit that they were placed under<\/p>\n<p>suspension by Ext.P1 order dated 30\/06\/2010.             Seeking its<\/p>\n<p>revocation, they have filed Exts.P2 &amp; P4 representations before the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent, and prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents for expeditious consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>representations.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the limited nature of the relief that is sought for,<\/p>\n<p>without expressing anything on the merits of the contentions raised,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 &amp; P4 representations.
