No.20678 of 2011\n                                             Sunil Das\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      14.07.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   There is case and counter case for the occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                      of the same day in which family members of both the parties<\/p>\n<p>                      have received injuries. In the F.I.R., petitioner is sole<\/p>\n<p>                      assailant of the deceased and in another fardbeyan, recorded<\/p>\n<p>                      on the statement of deceased&#8217;s wife, number of assailants is<\/p>\n<p>                      three but including this petitioner.
