Didraganj, District-Patna.\n\n                                               Versus\n                                         The State of Bihar .\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   24.10.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners, 15 in number are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.95 of 2011 (G.R. No. 1334 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2011) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452,<\/p>\n<p>                 341, 342, 323,324,325,307, 427, 380 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                 and 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The allegation against these petitioners and 30 to 35 others, is<\/p>\n<p>                 of assaulting the informant and his family members following an<\/p>\n<p>                 altercation with regard to installation of electric pole.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the<\/p>\n<p>                 allegations as set out in the F.I.R., submits that although specific<\/p>\n<p>                 allegations have been set out against co-accused Ravi Shankar Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                 Ram Vinay Singh, Ram Kripal Singh and Ram Brajesh Singh, the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. He<\/p>\n<p>          submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and<\/p>\n<p>          evidence whereof is placed at Annexure-2 which is an F.I.R. in<\/p>\n<p>          Didarganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering the circumstances and the submissions of learned<\/p>\n<p>          counsel, let the petitioners namely, Satyendra Kumar Singh, Bam Bam<\/p>\n<p>          Singh, Dharmendra Singh, Srikant Singh, Ram Pramod Singh, Ashok<\/p>\n<p>          Kumar Singh, Manoj Singh, Srawan Singh, Manoj Kumar, Raju Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>          Sudhir Singh, Bhim Dev Singh, Chatursen Singh, Sant Kumar Singh<\/p>\n<p>          and Prem Singh, in the event of their arrest\/surrender within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>          from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, be released on<\/p>\n<p>          bail on furnishing individual bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- each with two<\/p>\n<p>          sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of           learned<\/p>\n<p>          Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Didarganj P.S.
