Singh learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                     Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The    petitioners    apprehending    their   arrest      in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                     under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code, are named accused in this case being executants of a sale-<\/p>\n<p>                     deed in the year 2011 in favour of other, who as submitted<\/p>\n<p>                     enjoying the privilege.      Further, one civil suit between the<\/p>\n<p>                     parties is going on since the year 1982.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that that whatever grievance is against<\/p>\n<p>                     such transaction, it is to be redressed in the aforesaid civil suit.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                     on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                     only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur,<br \/>\n             Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S.
