Now<br \/>\nthe trial is fixed for 20.1.2003 for recording the statement<br \/>\nof the petitioner-accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in<br \/>\njail since August, 2001, the trial Court is directed to<br \/>\nconclude the trial within 2 months from the date already<br \/>\nfixed before it.
