Heard Mr. Arbind Prasad Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      Dr.     Mankeshwar           Tiwari,          learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Assisting    Counsel        to   AAG-11      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                      opposite parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The writ petition was disposed<\/p>\n<p>                      of by order dated 10.2.2010 directing<\/p>\n<p>                      the     authorities          of        the        State<\/p>\n<p>                      Government to count the entire period<\/p>\n<p>                      of service of the petitioner rendered<\/p>\n<p>                      from        17.4.1973              until            his<\/p>\n<p>                      superannuation       on     31.7.2002        for    the<\/p>\n<p>                      purpose of calculation of his retiral<\/p>\n<p>                      benefits    and     after    carrying        out    the<\/p>\n<p>                      said   exercise,      make       payment     of    the<\/p>\n<p>                      consequential       benefits       flowing        there<\/p>\n<p>                      from within a period of three months<\/p>\n<p>                      from the date of receipt\/production of<\/p>\n<p>                      a copy of the order.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                                 Learned         counsel       for        the\n\n                      petitioner,        with     reference        to     the\n\n                      representation       placed       at   Annexure-2,\n\n                      submits     that     the    attention        of    the\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Executive Engineer, Tubewell Division,<\/p>\n<p>      Gaya     was      drawn    towards         the   order<\/p>\n<p>      passed     as    back      as       on     6.4.2010,<\/p>\n<p>      however, the same yet remains to be<\/p>\n<p>      complied.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                 Learned       counsel           for     the\n\n      opposite    parties       prays     for     a    short\n\n      adjournment      for    seeking      instructions\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>      and filing show cause in response to<\/p>\n<p>      the    statements      made    in    the    contempt<\/p>\n<p>      application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 As   prayed,       put   up     after   six<\/p>\n<p>      weeks.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>ahk                            (Jyoti Saran, J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Bhagwan Singh vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors. on 15 December, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA MJC No.4722 of 2010 BHAGWAN SINGH Versus THE STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ORS. &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211; 2. 15.12.2010.
