H submitted that the labour Court as a matter ef fact finding<\/p>\n
authority has noted that workman hagkrryorded in the way bill<\/p>\n
enquiry report failed to pay his advertance to what is being
\nelicited in the cr0ss-examination of the Management w\u00e9ttzesses<\/p>\n
and the tickets which were alleged to have been  the<\/p>\n
workman were not con\ufb01scated during the chec\u00a5t’~;:\u00a7ndiV’_ethei’e  <\/p>\n
no explanatien for non~con\ufb01scatic-ii     the<\/p>\n
ticket book. Basically the Ma1:.a_:gen1ie:x_tll’tvimeseetlnzits  <\/p>\n
was not at all present in the when the  reported<\/p>\n

  checked and also that at the time of checking the Assistant<\/p>\n
H Traffic Superintendent failed to confiscate those tickets. It<\/p>\n
appears there is a lapse on the part of the Mmagemeet<\/p>\n
