NO.3134 OF 2010\n                     --------------------------------------------\n                   Dated this the 1st day of February, 2010\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a Senior Electrician Grade-II in the Government<\/p>\n<p>Central Press, Thiruvananthapuram. Exts.P1 and P2 circulars are issued by the<\/p>\n<p>third   respondent prescribing qualification and experience of authorised<\/p>\n<p>persons for the operation and maintenance of High Tension and Extra High<\/p>\n<p>Tension installations.     The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the<\/p>\n<p>issuance of Exts.P1 and P2 circulars, no steps were taken by the respondents<\/p>\n<p>for implementing the same. To redress the grievance, the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>repeated representations as is obvious from Ext.P4 to P6 and P8<\/p>\n<p>representations. According to him, despite the said repeated representations,<\/p>\n<p>no action was taken to implement the direction issued by the third respondent<\/p>\n<p>in Exts.P1 and P2 circulars.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The said representations are pending before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent. Admittedly, the second respondent is competent to look into the<\/p>\n<p>grievance raised as per the said representations. In the circumstances,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) NO.3134 of 2010              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders on Ext.P4, P5, P6 and P8 representations expeditiously,<\/p>\n<p>at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy o this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (C.T.
