The<br \/>\npetitioner may, therefore,  prefer Revision Application before the<br \/>\nState Government. Even though the petitioner was not a party before<br \/>\nthe Collector, Surendranagar, the revisional authority will entertain<br \/>\nthe application which will be preferred by the petitioner pursuant to<br \/>\nthis order and may also consider grant of ex-parte ad-interim relief<br \/>\nin accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation, petition stands disposed of.
