(C) No. 1381, 1382 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                      Petitioners are permitted to make necessary corrections<br \/>\n          in the description of respondent no. 1, in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>          W. P. (C) Nos. 1269, 1381, 1382, 1393 and 1401 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                      As prayed by Mr. Saurav Arun, appearing for the State,<br \/>\n          two weeks time is allowed, within which counter affidavits on behalf<br \/>\n          of Secretary, Department of Agriculture &amp; Cane Development,<br \/>\n          Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi must be filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      As prayed on behalf of the petitioners, the respondents<br \/>\n will bring on record the letter no. 272 dated 17.2.2011, issued by the<br \/>\nChief Engineer(respondent no. 4).
