R. Yagnik<br \/>\nappearing for petitioner and learned AGP Mr.A.L.Sharma appearing for<br \/>\nrespondent state authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Buch has relied upon one order which has been passed by<br \/>\nthis Court on 21\/8\/2011 in Special Civil Application Nos.10850 of<br \/>\n2011 with Special Civil Application Nos. 11905 of 2011 to 11964 of<br \/>\n2011 which is at page-39 of present petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nabove mentioned order relied by learned advocate Mr. Buch, following<br \/>\norder is passed:\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tI<br \/>\nhave considered submissions made by both learned advocates and I have<br \/>\nalso considered prayer made in present group of petitions. The<br \/>\npetitioners have been discharging their duties since long after have<br \/>\nbeen duly appointed and also after having possessed requisite<br \/>\nqualification in response to same post Supervisor Instructor.<br \/>\nHowever, claim made by petitioners is to preference may be given to<br \/>\nthem and simultaneously age bar may be relaxed in favour of<br \/>\npetitioners in case on date of which their appointments were made as<br \/>\ntemporary or eleven months posts at that occasion they were within<br \/>\nage limit.  Therefore, present petitions are filed by petitioners<br \/>\nwith aforesaid two prayer to direct other side for giving preference<br \/>\nin selection and also age bar to be relaxed.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this prayer as well as claim made by petitioners on<br \/>\n26\/7\/2011, one representation has been made by petitioners to<br \/>\nrespondents but learned advocate Mr. ND Buch submitted that no<br \/>\nresponse has been received from respondents. Therefore, present group<br \/>\nof petitions are preferred by petitioners before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this back ground and considering representation which has<br \/>\nbeen made by petitioners on 26\/7\/2011, it is directed to concerned<br \/>\nrespondents to consider it and examine it.  Thereafter, to pass<br \/>\nappropriate reasoned order in accordance with Recruitment Rules and<br \/>\nlaw within a period of one month from date of receiving copy of<br \/>\npresent order and communicate decision to petitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observation and direction, present petitions are<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing  any opinion on merits.
