DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                 W.P.(C) No.14256 OF 2006 V\n\n                = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n              Dated this the 20th December, 2006\n\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The   petitioner   is   working   as   Head   Clerk   in   the<\/p>\n<p>Rural Development Department.  His parent department is<\/p>\n<p>the   Revenue   Department   and   he   has   expressed   his<\/p>\n<p>willingness to go back to the parent department.   Ext.\n<\/p>\n<p>P1   representation   addressed   to   the   Commissioner,   Land<\/p>\n<p>Revenue was filed on 1-9-2003.  Having not received any<\/p>\n<p>reply   to   that,   the   petitioner   has   filed   Ext.   P4<\/p>\n<p>representation   on   4-12-2006   and   the   same   has   been<\/p>\n<p>routed   through   the   Project   Director   of   the   Unit   in<\/p>\n<p>which   he   is   presently   working.         Apprehending   that<\/p>\n<p>steps   will   not   be   taken   by   the   concerned   authorities,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I   have   heard   the   Govt.   Pleader   for   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.   It is submitted that the request made by<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   as   per   Ext.   P4   can   be   considered   only<\/p>\n<p>after   calling   for   certain   particulars   which   are<\/p>\n<p>relevant in the context of Rule 8 of K.S. &amp; S.S.R. and<\/p>\n<p>other statutory provisions.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.   In   the   circumstances,   the   writ   petition   is<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No. 14256\/2006               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing the 1st  respondent to pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on   Ext.   P4   after   calling   for   the   relevant   particulars<\/p>\n<p>from   the   2nd  respondent,   within   three   months   from   the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  K.K.
