l’his’gevidence reveals that the deceased while<\/p>\n
increasing the road, the driver of the lorry i.e.,<\/p>\n

speed and in rash and negligent manner and,<\/p>\n
thereby hit the deceased and that there’ is lh,<\/p>\n
