JUSTICE RAJESH BINDAL<\/p>\n<p>Present:    None.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nRAJESH BINDAL J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>            The challenge in the appeal is to award passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Court below on account of determination of the value of fruit bearing trees<\/p>\n<p>standing on the acquired land for which a supplementary award was given<\/p>\n<p>on January 3, 1986, though the land was acquired on 26.8.1977. Similar<\/p>\n<p>claim by the land owners in another case bearing RFA No. 79 of 1990<\/p>\n<p>Union of India and another versus Mithlesh Kumar and another, decided on<\/p>\n<p>4.2.2004 has been considered by this Court, where the award of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Court below regarding valuation of fruit bearing trees was upheld.
