Tripathi, J.<\/p>\n<p>1. Mr.R.J. Oza, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner places on record the letter dated 22.9.2000 written by the petitioner, Mr.S.N. Barot and also places along with the above letter the papers of the order of reinstatement and reporting made pursuant thereto. The same are taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. In view of this, the Special Civil Application does not survive. The same stands disposed of. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
