No.37439 of 2011\n                            Shiv Narayan Mandal son of Chulhai Manda,\n                            Resident of village-Gopalpatti, P.S.-Falka,\n                            District-Katihar.\n                                                  Versus\n                                           The State of Bihar\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      14.11.2011.               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                      case registered for the offence punishable under section 414\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                      the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is alleged that the informant along with other police<\/p>\n<p>                      personnels on secret information raided the house of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      and on search found one motorcycle bearing registration no.BR-<\/p>\n<p>                      F\/0508 kept in the courtyard and on enquiry from his father, he<\/p>\n<p>                      disclosed that the motorcycle belongs to the petitioner. A seizure list<\/p>\n<p>                      was prepared in presence of independent witnesses. The alleged<\/p>\n<p>                      motorcycle which is said to have been recovered is stolen one.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                      grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                      grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
