Application No.4803 of 2002 or to modify<br \/>\nit suitably.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr.S.C.Sharma, learned advocate for the applicant.  He has stated<br \/>\nthat this Court has passed an order on 26\/7\/2002 and imposed some<br \/>\nconditions.  He has stated that the applicant is ticket checker in<br \/>\nrailway and for him, it is highly inconvenient to report every week<br \/>\nbefore the police station.  Before the Trial Court, five years has<br \/>\nbeen passed and the trial is not yet disposed of.   If the trial is<br \/>\nmore delayed then it is very difficult for the applicant to report<br \/>\nevery week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned APP Mr.K.C.Shah has strongly objected for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition<br \/>\nno.2(b) is modified as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2(b)<br \/>\nThe applicant will report before the Limbayat Police Station on every<br \/>\nmonth between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the trial as early as<br \/>\npossible.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate will give the copy of this order to the learned<br \/>\nTrial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tCriminal<br \/>\nMisc. Application is disposed of accordingly.
