Please provide information regarding the The Beneficiary is asked to consult at Department of\n     disturbance in passing pension of Chameli Devi Social welfare, Delhi Gate, Room no.10 with\n     W\/o Suresh Chand R\/o 29-Ext-1,Nagloi.           complete Pension related certified document like\n                                                     Ration card\/identity card\/Bank passbook in nay\n                                                     working day.\n3.   Please provide complete information regarding\n     the Pension Scheme for women by Women and\n     Child Department.\n     Please provide complete details as to where the\n     women has to seek for the application and who\n     is the section authority\n4.   Please      provide     information   regarding\n     Permanand Sharma S\/o Brahmanand Sharma\n     R\/o 615,Gali Jagara, Ajmeri Gate,New Delhi-\n     110006 as to why he has not received any Old\n     Aged pension even after the submission of\n     complete document. Please furnish information\n     from the District DSWO regarding the delay.\n5.   Information regarding disturbance in the No complete information is available of the\n        receiving of Pension of Mr.Mahendra Kumar Beneficiary.\n       S\/o Dhaniram R\/o B-17,Vishal colony,Nagloi. The beneficiary must submit all relevant document at\n                                                   Department of Socila welfare, Delhi gate, room no.10\n                                                   on any working day.\n6.     Why there is a delay in Widow pension even\n       though requirement of widow pension is of\n       high importance.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nInformation furnished by the PIO was not complete and satisfactory.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe FAA held the view that the reply had already been given by the PIO.
