Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.33563 of 2008\n                      --------------------------\n             Dated this the 14th November, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, the President of       Local Authority, has<\/p>\n<p>approached this Court ventilating a grievance regarding<\/p>\n<p>non-allocation of river sand to the residents of the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat in spite of what he calls a settlement arising<\/p>\n<p>under the auspices of the District Collector between the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s Panchayat and two other neighbouring<\/p>\n<p>Panchayats.
