No.1970 of 2008\n                      ------------------------\n             Dated this the 24th day of October, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Sri.Joby Cyriac, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent requestioning authority.<\/p>\n<p>      2. It is conceded both by the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>and the learned counsel for the requestioning authority that the<\/p>\n<p>enhancement at the rate granted by the reference court in the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment has been confirmed by the Supreme Court<\/p>\n<p>also in identical cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Under the above circumstances, I am of the view that no<\/p>\n<p>useful purpose will be served from anybody&#8217;s point of view by<\/p>\n<p>admitting this appeal.
