KURIAKOSE, J.\n               ..........................................................\n                         W.P.(C)No.27003 OF 2007\n               ...........................................................\n               DATED THIS THE 11TH SEPTEMBER, 2007\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Making submissions for admission, the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner would submit that the appeal and the stay petition preferred<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner before the Council of the Panchayat have been<\/p>\n<p>decided against the petitioner.            But, as rightly pointed out by the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader, the averment in the Writ Petition is that<\/p>\n<p>the appeal Ext.P7 and the stay petition Ext.P8 are pending.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I do not propose to go into the merits of the grounds raised.<\/p>\n<p>I dispose of the Writ Petition at this stage itself directing the Council of<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent-Panchayat to take up Exts.P7 and P8 immediately,<\/p>\n<p>hear the petitioner and dispose of them in accordance with law at the<\/p>\n<p>earliest and at any rate within three weeks of the petitioner producing<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
