Respondents\n\n\n\tOriginal Application No.6405 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for records relating to the order of the first respondent made in No.30540\/E.3(1)\/99-1 dated 14.7.99 and quash the same and direct the respondent to include his name in the panel for the post of Deputy Tahsildar in the year 1997 and pay the consequential monetary benefits with eligible interest. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\tFor petitioner        :  No appearance\n\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t               Government Advocate.\n\n-----\n\n  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen the matter was called on 17.2.2010, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed for non  prosecution.
