Side)\n\n:O R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM, J.)   <\/p>\n<p>Heard  Mr.K.Chandru,  learned  Senior  Counsel appearing for the petitioner as<br \/>\nwell as learned Government Advocate for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.  It is represented by the  learned  Government  Advocate  that  the<br \/>\nhusband and son-in-law of the petitioner secured an order of bail and pursuant<br \/>\nto that, they have been released.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Learned  Senior  Counsel  appearing for the petitioner submits that in<br \/>\nview of the relief prayed for, it would not be appropriate to agitate the same<br \/>\nin this Habeas Corpus Petition, and he seeks liberty to pursue the same by way<br \/>\nof appropriate proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
