claimant Nos.2 and ‘lvdied inga motor vehicle. accjident occurred on<\/p>\n
I3.6.2005’\u00bb__at,  _ 3was working as a goods<\/p>\n
Autorickshau\ufb01rlrivevr.x\ufb02eaakyas jgrihing Rs.5,000\/- to Rs.6,000\/- per<\/p>\n
 _month, at the time of death. The Tribunal has erroneously taken<\/p>\n
 inconieiiat.Rsi3;0_00\/~ per month. He was aged about 38 years at<\/p>\n
the’–tirne’  accident. Therefore, the Tribunal ought to have<\/p>\n
[applied l5″‘v.rnul’tiplier for the purpose of assessment of loss of<\/p>\n
 dependency’. Learned Counsel for the appellants has taken me<\/p>\n
  the evidence of the parties, the documents produced by the<\/p>\n

deceased should be deducted towards his personal expenses. If that<\/p>\n
is so, the claimant is entitled for a sum of Rs.4,80,000\/– towards<\/p>\n
loss of dependency. It is also just and proper award an ,,<\/p>\n
