SHEEMA ALI KHAN)<\/p>\n<p>3   21-10-2011                  The    petitioner&#8217;s     license    has    been suspended\/<\/p>\n<p>                  cancelled on the ground that she was not selected by the District<\/p>\n<p>                  Selection Committee. The license was issued in the year 2007<\/p>\n<p>                  and the order that the selection of the Public Distribution<\/p>\n<p>                  System Dealer should be made by the District Selection<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee came much after the grant of license to the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                I, therefore, find that there is no justification in the<\/p>\n<p>                  cancellation of the license of the petitioner on the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                  ground.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is directed to apply before the District<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2           Patna High Court CWJC No.3094 of 2008 (3) dt.21-10-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                 2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Araria who will forward the application within a<\/p>\n<p>                      period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application<\/p>\n<p>                      to the District Selection Committee.
