GIRI, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                   WP(C).NO. 36443 of 2008\n                  ---------------------------------\n        Dated this the 11th       day of December, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners claim to have purchased 15 cents of<\/p>\n<p>property each as per sale deed dated 3.5.2006 and sought for<\/p>\n<p>mutation under the Transfer of Registry Rules as evidenced by<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P8 to P12. The said applications are pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P8 to P18 after conducting requisite enquiry under the<\/p>\n<p>Transfer of Registry Rules, within a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners<\/p>\n<p>shall produce a copy of the writ petition also along with a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the judgment before the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          V.
