The petitioner contends that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>entitled to be considered for promotion to the post of Reserve<\/p>\n<p>Inspector. No Departmental Promotion Committee is being convened<\/p>\n<p>for the last two years for making promotion is the grievance of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. In view of the same, I directed the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader to obtain instructions as to within what time the Departmental<\/p>\n<p>Promotion Committee can be convened. The learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader today submits that the Departmental Promotion Committee<\/p>\n<p>would be convened before 30.9.2010.
