A Proceeding under<\/p>\n<p>                   section 16(3) of the Ceiling Act has been levied by respondent<\/p>\n<p>                   no.4 vide L.C. Case No. 161\/2007-08. Prayer in this application<\/p>\n<p>                   is to quash the order dated 17.03.2011 (Annexure-1), whereby<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer of the petitioner to make local inspection was rejected on<\/p>\n<p>                   the ground mentioned therein.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The whole issue is sub judice before the court of<\/p>\n<p>                   competent jurisdiction. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                   accede to the prayer of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It will, however, be open to the petitioner to raise all<\/p>\n<p>                   the issues in the appeal if the order goes adverse to his interest.<\/p>\n<p>                               With this observation, the application is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           ( Kishore K.
