Despite notice to<\/p>\n<p>the respondents, there is no appearance. The learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>submits that three crimes have been registered against the party respondents,<\/p>\n<p>that necessary police men have been deputed and that continued protection<\/p>\n<p>will be afforded, however, on condition that the petitioner pay the requisite<\/p>\n<p>costs as prescribed by the Government. The learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the petitioner is prepared to remit the required cost. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>we direct that continued protection shall be afforded to the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>payment of the requisite cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>      With the above direction, the writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                      P.R.
