Suthari Devi, wife of Veer Rai\n                                                 Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                     ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   18.10.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                     instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering that the petitioners are the sister-in-law and<\/p>\n<p>                    mother-in-law of the one of the victims and are ladies, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners in the event of surrender, named above, within four<\/p>\n<p>                    weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2009, shall be released<\/p>\n<p>                    on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n<p>                    thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                    the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra,<\/p>\n<p>                    subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                    P.C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to<\/p>\n<p>                    how he is related with the petitioners. The bailors will<\/p>\n<p>                    undertake to furnish information to the court about any change<\/p>\n<p>                    in the address of the petitioners. (ii) That the petitioners will<\/p>\n<p>                    give an undertaking that they will receive the police papers on<\/p>\n<p>                    the given date and be present on date fixed for charge and if<\/p>\n<p>                    they fail to do so on two given dates and delay the trial in any<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        manner, their bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of<\/p>\n<p>        misuse.
